Burial Rites var Hannah Kents debutroman, först utgiven 2013. Efter den kom hon några år senare (2016) ut med The Good People. Jag fick tag i den först när den översatts till svenska med titeln Det goda folket. jag har den - oläst än så länge - på svenska. Jag har skrivit om boken på bloggen här.
Hannah Kent kommer ut med en ny historisk roman nu i höst. Devotion (länk till Goodreads) heter den och den släpps 26 oktober 2021 i Australien. I Storbritannien och i Irland först 3 februari 2022, så väntan blir väl lite längre för mig också.
Devotion utspelas under sent 1830-tal, följer två kvinnor som fattar tycke för varandra, och såhär presenteras den på förlaget Pan Macmillans och Hannah Kents hemsida:
